Configure LinkedIn OAuth for member profiles and Organization Pages.
Create a LinkedIn developer app and request Sign In with LinkedIn using OpenID Connect for member profiles. Add Share on LinkedIn when members should publish. Add the Community Management products only when you need Organization Pages, comments, or analytics. Enter the exact callback below under the app's OAuth redirect URLs:
https://your-domain.example/api/v1/accounts/linkedin/callbackSet the legacy variables in .env:
LINKEDIN_CLIENT_ID=your-client-id
LINKEDIN_CLIENT_SECRET=your-client-secret
OPENPOST_LINKEDIN_ORGANIZATIONS_ENABLED=falseRestart OpenPost, then connect from Settings → Workspace → Social accounts → LinkedIn. OpenPost offers the member profile returned by LinkedIn OpenID Connect. Organization Pages require OPENPOST_LINKEDIN_ORGANIZATIONS_ENABLED=true and an app approved for rw_organization_admin, w_organization_social, and r_organization_social. The member must have an approved ADMINISTRATOR role on each Page.
LinkedIn thread children become comments on the first post. If your app lacks reply permissions, set OPENPOST_DISABLE_LINKEDIN_THREAD_REPLIES=true. Analytics needs Community Management API access and the relevant member analytics scopes.
If the provider rejects the callback, compare the URL character for character and confirm the public URL seen by the browser matches OPENPOST_APP_URL. If Organization Pages are missing, check the approved products and the member's Page role. Reconnect after changing scopes.
